Headshot FAQ
Will it actually look like me?
That is the whole point. We keep your face, your features and your age exactly as they are, and improve only light, wardrobe, background and crop. A person compares every final against your current photos before you see it, and revisions are included. If a final does not look like you, we redo it.
Is this allowed under licensing and brokerage rules?
Many licensing and brokerage rules expect your photo to show what you look like now. That is why we never change your face or make you look younger. Check your brokerage's branding guide, and tell us its colors and background rules when you send your selfies.
What selfies do I need to send?
12 to 20 clear photos taken with your phone by a window: straight on, slight left and right turns, three expressions, a plain background, and no sunglasses or filters. The guide shows examples. It takes about ten minutes.
How fast will I get them?
First proofs arrive in 2 business days for Signature, 3 for Essentials and 5 for Team, counted from when your full selfie set and intake form arrive. Finals follow within one business day of your approval.
Can my whole team match?
Yes. The Team package is $99 per agent with a three agent minimum, and every agent gets the same background, lighting and crop, plus one group composite for your website.
What happens to my selfies?
They are used only for your order, never shared or sold, and deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them for future looks. We show a before and after only with your written permission on the approval form, which launch offer clients give.
